About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to customers who browse, enquire about, request, purchase or receive products or services from KVNGS.

By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the relevant product information, order details and these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Availability

Products displayed on the KVNGS website, social platforms, catalogue or other promotional material may be subject to availability.

Availability is confirmed during the enquiry and order process. A product shown online is not considered reserved or sold to a customer merely because an enquiry has been submitted.

Certain hair types, lengths, constructions, colours or other options may have different availability at different times.

Product Information & Appearance

KVNGS aims to present products as clearly and accurately as reasonably possible. Product photography and descriptions are intended to represent the general style, texture, construction and appearance of the relevant hair or unit.

Actual appearance may vary because of lighting, screen settings, styling, natural hair characteristics, curl pattern, preparation or other reasonable variations.

Where a specific detail is important to your order, it should be confirmed with KVNGS before payment.

Enquiries & Orders

The KVNGS website operates as a digital showroom and enquiry platform. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create or confirm an order.

An order proceeds only after the relevant product details, availability and final price have been discussed and confirmed with the customer.

KVNGS may communicate with customers through channels such as WhatsApp or Instagram during the enquiry and order process.

Pricing

The final price of an order may depend on the selected hair, length, construction, customisation, sourcing requirements, delivery method and other agreed order details.

Where pricing shown online differs from the confirmed quotation or invoice for a specific order, the amount specifically confirmed for that order will apply, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.

Customers should confirm the final amount before making payment.

Invoices & Payment

Once the order details and final price have been agreed, an invoice or payment information may be provided to the customer.

Preparation begins after payment has been confirmed by KVNGS. Sending proof of payment does not by itself guarantee that funds have been received or cleared.

Set-Asides

Where KVNGS agrees to set aside an available product, the maximum set-aside period is 24 hours unless KVNGS expressly confirms another arrangement.

After the set-aside period expires, continued availability is not guaranteed and should be confirmed again before payment.

Customisation

Customers may request available customisation options before the order is confirmed. Whether a customisation can be performed may depend on the selected product and the nature of the request.

Customisation requirements and any related charge should be confirmed before payment.

Sourcing Requests

If a customer cannot find the unit or hair option they are looking for, KVNGS may assist by exploring sourcing options.

A sourcing request does not guarantee that the exact requested product, specification, colour, length or construction can be located or supplied.

Availability, price and expected timing for a sourced item must be confirmed before an order proceeds.

Preparation Period

The usual preparation period is approximately 7–14 days after payment confirmation.

This is a preparation period and should not automatically be treated as the courier or delivery transit period.

Where circumstances relating to a specific order may affect preparation timing, KVNGS may communicate updated information to the customer.

Delivery

Once an order is ready, it may be packaged and dispatched using the delivery method agreed with the customer.

Delivery timing may depend on the selected service, destination and circumstances outside the direct control of KVNGS.

Worldwide Delivery

Worldwide delivery is available for suitable orders.

International delivery charges, arrangements and any relevant timing are confirmed individually during the enquiry or order process.

Customers may also be responsible for destination-specific duties, taxes, customs charges or other amounts where applicable. These are not included unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products and the ordering process, KVNGS generally does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should carefully confirm the selected hair, length, construction, customisation and other order details before making payment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible.

Whether a request can be accommodated will depend on the status of the order, including whether sourcing, customisation or preparation has already started.

No change or cancellation should be treated as accepted until KVNGS has expressly confirmed it.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking that the information supplied for an order is accurate before payment.

Customers should notify KVNGS promptly if they realise that information they supplied is incorrect.

Hair Care & Product Use

Hair and wigs should be handled and cared for appropriately to support their appearance and condition.

The results and lifespan of hair products may be affected by factors such as maintenance, heat, products used, styling, installation, storage and general handling.

Where product-specific care advice is needed, customers should ask KVNGS before using a treatment or process they are unsure about.

Website Information

KVNGS aims to keep website information accurate and current but may correct genuine errors, outdated information, availability details, descriptions, imagery or pricing where necessary.

Corrections to general website information do not automatically change the terms of an order that has already been expressly confirmed, subject to applicable law and any genuine error affecting that order.

Intellectual Property

The KVNGS name, branding, logo, website content, graphics, written material and original visual content may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without permission unless such use is otherwise permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

KVNGS does not provide wig installation services.

Where requested, KVNGS may provide the details of an independent installer or other third-party service provider. A referral does not make that third party an employee, agent or service provider of KVNGS.

Any separate service arranged between a customer and an independent third party is subject to the arrangement between those parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KVNGS is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, misuse of a product, unsuitable care, unauthorised alteration or services independently provided by third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.

Privacy

Personal information provided through enquiries, orders, website forms or marketing sign-ups is handled in accordance with the KVNGS Privacy Policy.

Changes To These Terms

KVNGS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to business processes, services, website functionality or applicable requirements.

The current version should display a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes do not automatically alter an order already expressly confirmed under earlier agreed terms, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
